Excellent. I actually used a larger flat fee mls site at first for a month called houzeo, but they couldn’t list it on my local MLS and were not very responsive to questions or modifications. So i cancelled it and tried this one, which was not only cheaper, but so much better! I would gladly pay 3 times the fee for the amount of work he put in. If Camillo wasn’t able to pick up the phone when I called, he always responded very quickly. He was always very nice and eager to help in any way. He can also do full service representation for like half of what most brokers are charging, if you decide to go that route. I know this review sounds almost like an advertisment, but i assure you I am a legit customer that sold my condo using his service and you are welcome to contact me.
